Assets

Know what you own, who has it, what it's worth

Laptops, phones and vehicles move between people, break and go missing, and spreadsheets soon fall behind. DeeHr360 keeps a tagged register of company property and records every hand-over, repair and count. Any charge for loss or damage is raised only when someone decides it should be.

How it works

5 steps, from start to finish

  1. Register the asset

Assets are added under a category that supplies the tag prefix, useful life, depreciation method and warranty length.

  2. Request and approve

An employee asks for a type of asset, and the request goes through the company's approval chain.

  3. Issue and acknowledge

The store issues an asset with its accessories, and the employee confirms they have received it.

  4. Maintain and report issues

Repairs are logged with a warning if the asset is still under warranty, and damage or loss is recorded as an incident.

  5. Return, audit or dispose

Assets are returned or transferred, physical counts are compared with the register, and retired items are disposed of.

What it does best

Built for the way HR really works

Automatic asset tags

Each asset gets a tag numbered within its category prefix, such as AST-IT-000001.

Full custody history

Every issue, return and transfer is recorded, so you can see who held an asset and when.

Charges only by decision

Charges for loss or damage are proposed first and raised only by an authorised person, then recovered through payroll within the deduction limit.

Warranty-aware maintenance

When a repair is raised on an asset still under warranty, the system says so before money is spent.

Depreciation and valuations

Purchase price, net book value and replacement value are kept apart, with straight-line or reducing-balance depreciation.

Audits and exit clearance

Physical counts are measured against a fixed expected list, and the clearance view shows what each leaving employee still holds or owes.
