Recruitment

Hire through your own process, start to finish

Hiring gets messy when requests, adverts, CVs and interview panels sit in different inboxes. Recruitment runs everything in one place, from an approved request to fill a role to a new employee's first checklist. Each job title can follow its own hiring sequence.

How it works

5 steps, from start to finish

  1. Raise a requisition

A manager picks a job title, the requirements fill in automatically, and the request goes for approval showing how much headcount budget is left.

  2. Publish the advert

HR turns the approved requisition into an advert, adds benefits, location and closing date, previews it and publishes it.

  3. Receive applications

Applications come in from your own careers website, which reads open vacancies and sends applications to DeeHr360.

  4. Move through stages

Each applicant goes through the title's stages, such as review, assessment, interview and offer, with decisions and scores recorded at each one.

  5. Hire and hand over

Hiring creates the employee record, starts onboarding and moves the CV into the new employee's folder.

What it does best

Built for the way HR really works

A sequence per role

Each job title can have its own hiring stages, such as a short process for drivers and a longer one for engineers, with an owner for each stage.

Requests tied to budget

Each requisition shows whether the approved headcount budget has room for the role and goes through your approval chain.

Panels that respond easily

Panel members, including people from outside the company, can accept an invitation from their email without signing in.

Interview calendar and register

Interviews appear on a calendar, attendance is recorded, and external panellists are kept on their own register.

Careers website integration

Your website can list open vacancies, accept applications and let applicants check their status. Internal-only adverts are never shown.

Results for each advert

After an advert closes, you can see how many people reached each stage, where the rest stopped, and how many readers applied.
