Time & Attendance

Clock-ins turned into a register payroll can trust

Raw clock-ins say little until they are read against the right schedule, rules and leave. DeeHr360 collects punches from the web, from spreadsheets or from a connected scanner, works out each day under your rules, and closes the month into figures that payroll can use.

How it works

5 steps, from start to finish

  1. Define schedules and shifts

HR sets up work schedules, shifts and rotations and assigns them to people or units with effective dates.

  2. Set attendance rules

Company-wide rules for grace periods, breaks, absence and overtime can be overridden for a unit, schedule, shift or person, and tried out with sample times first.

  3. People clock in

Punches come from the web clock, an imported sheet or a connected scanner, and can be checked against location, office network and device.

  4. Days worked out and reviewed

Each night yesterday's register is settled, people are told about issues such as a missing clock-out, and HR settles or corrects exceptions.

  5. Close and hand over

The month is built into a period and closed, which locks the days and passes approved overtime and unexplained absence to payroll.

What it does best

Built for the way HR really works

Layered attendance rules

Rules set for the company can be changed for a location, department, schedule or person without copying the rest, and every change is kept in a history.

Shifts and rotations

Shifts and repeating rotations, including built-in rest days, can be assigned to individuals or whole units, with a view of shift coverage.

Clocking checks you control

Geofences on sites, recognised office networks and approved devices can each be switched off, used to flag a punch, or used to refuse it.

Corrections with a trail

A wrong punch is set aside rather than deleted and replaced with a reason, through an employee request or directly by HR.

Overtime and remote work

Overtime is requested and approved at a rate type you define, and approved remote-work days count as worked, not absent.

Ready-made reports

Late-coming, absence, overtime, monthly summary and attendance register reports.
