Every HR file in one place, seen only by the right people

HR papers end up spread across shared drives, inboxes and filing cabinets, and nobody is sure who can open what. DeeHr360 keeps them in folders that follow your organisation structure, with a folder for each employee. Access follows the same structure, and every share, version and change is recorded.

How it works

5 steps, from start to finish

  1. Folders appear automatically

Each organisation unit and each employee gets a document folder, and these folders follow your structure as it changes.

  2. Upload the file

A folder administrator uploads a document with a name and description into the right folder.

  3. Share or restrict access

Administrators give named people access to a folder or document, or exclude a person from one document.

  4. Replace with new versions

Uploading a revised file adds a new version, and earlier versions can still be listed and downloaded.

  5. Find and review history

People search or browse every document they may see, and open a document's or folder's history of changes.

What it does best

Built for the way HR really works

Folders that mirror your organisation

Unit folders follow the organisation tree, and the head of a unit, and the heads of units above it, administer its folder.

A folder per employee

Every new employee gets their own folder, and letters made for them are saved in it automatically.

Sharing and exclusions

Give a named person access to a folder or document, take it back later, or keep one person out of a single document.

Version history

Each upload of a revised file is kept as a numbered version you can still download.

Private, checked downloads

Files are stored privately and can only be opened through a short-lived link, given after the person's access is checked.

Confidential case folders

Disciplinary evidence sits in its own folder, managed only by people who handle cases, and the employee concerned cannot open it.
